うどんに続く新たな名物料理を売り出そうと、香川県の中華料理店で作る組合が、地元の小麦粉や豚肉を使ったオリジナルのギョーザを「讃岐餃子」として商標登録し、県と連携して売り出す取り組みを行っています。「讃岐餃子」は、香川県がうどん用に開発した小麦を使ったギョーザの皮や、オリーブの搾りかすをえさに混ぜて育てたオリーブ豚などを具材にしたオリジナルのギョーザで、香川県の中華料理店で作る組合が、ことし８月に「讃岐餃子」として商標登録を行いました。
