ワインで地名を表示できる場合（国税庁のサイトより）

  1. ワインの産地名（「東京ワイン」、「東京」 等）の表示⇒地名が示す範囲内にぶどう収穫地（85％以上使用）と醸造地がある場合
  2. ぶどうの収穫地名（「東京産ぶどう使用」 等）の表示⇒地名が示す範囲内にぶどう収穫地（85％以上使用）がある場合
  3. 醸造地名（「東京醸造ワイン」 等）の表示⇒地名が示す範囲に醸造地がある場合（併せて「東京は原料として使用したぶどうの収穫地ではありません」等の表示が必要）

特許庁は３０日までに、浜名湖特産の養殖ウナギを地域団体商標「浜名湖うなぎ」として登録する決定を行った。商標は浜名湖地区（浜松、湖西市）の養鰻（ようまん）業を統括する浜名湖養魚漁業協同組合（浜松市西区）が管理し、地元料理店などが使用できる。出願から１２年目の商標取得に関係者は「浜名湖のブランド力をさらに高めたい」と喜ぶ。
