高級ブランドグループ、ＬＶＭＨ＝モエヘネシー・ルイ・ヴィトンとカルティエ、プラダは20日、模造品対策としてブロックチェーンを使い商品を「本物」と証明する仕組みづくりを目指して団体を設立したと発表しました。すでにＬＶＭＨ傘下の「ルイ・ヴィトン」や「ブルガリ」などでは試験的に運用していて、他のブランドにも参加を呼びかけ、業界の統一的な基準作りを目指すということです。

On January 27, 2021 the new German wine law came into force. It introduces a new kind of hierarchy for German wines based on its geographic origin. In a way it can be seen as a remodelling of the system that previously existed with the aim to improve the overall quality of German wine as well as to fit better with the EU system. The four primary geographic “levels” for a German quality wine (Qualitätswein) are now Area, Region, Village, and Vineyard.

Video-sharing social network TikTok infringed the trademarks of a video editing company when it released a new editing feature, according to a new lawsuit filed at a US federal court.London-based Stitch Editing filed the complaint at the US District Court for the District of California on Monday 12 April against the social media platform and its Chinese subsidiary, ByteDance.
