12月1日，重庆商标审查协作中心正式挂牌运行，国家工商总局党组书记、局长张茅和重庆市委副书记、市长张国清为重庆商标审查协作中心揭牌。同日，国家工商总局与重庆市人民政府共同签署了关于支持重庆建设商标品牌强市战略合作协议。

中国商標局は、商標出願の審査期間の短縮を目的に、北京以外の商標審査施設として上海に続き重慶にも審査協力センターを2017年12月には稼働させています。

The Amyothar Hluttaw (Upper House of Myanmar Parliament) has passed the Trademark Law, Industrial Design Law, Patent Law and Copyright Law on February 15, 2018. They will now be submitted to Pyithu Hluttaw (Lower House) and Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (Assembly of the Union), before the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw submit them to the the President Office for signature. The laws should be enacted in June 2018.
