LL Bean drops lawsuit over tote bag trademark
The Freeport company originally claimed Wisconsin retailer 4Imprint is selling the same bag to the same consumers with the similar name of Boat Tote….The Freeport, Maine-based retailer filed a notice of voluntary dismissal with prejudice Thursday in U.S. District Court. This means the case is permanently closed and cannot be refiled against 4Imprint on the same grounds.
