岐阜県美濃加茂市特産の高級干し柿「堂上蜂屋柿」の天日干し作業が、同市蜂屋町の生産農家でピークを迎えている。暖かな日差しに照らされた柿は山吹色に輝き、甘みを増していく。 堂上蜂屋柿は千年以上の歴史を誇り、糖度約６５度と濃厚な甘みが特徴。年末年始の贈答品として人気がある。
