UPOV(ユポフ)条約 加盟国一覧

UPOV条約

UPOV(ユポフ)条約は、植物の新品種の保護に関する国際条約（英: International Convention for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants、仏: Convention internationale pour la protection des obtentions végétales）であり、マドリッド制度（国際登録制度）と同じようにWIPOがその中心となって、各国の育成者権(plant breeder’s right: PBR)を保護するように構成されています。

UPOV(ユポフ)条約は、2025年4月現在80の加盟国(Contracting party or member)が参加し、95の国と地域に保護が及びます。その中で、91年条約加盟国が63か国、78年条約加盟国が17となっています(2025.4.4)。なおUPOV PRISMA参加国は37の加盟国と79の国と地域になります。

なお、欧州連合 (CPVO)は27の加盟国をカバーするPVPシステムを運営しており、アフリカ知的所有権機関 (OAPI)は17の加盟国をカバーするPVPシステムを運営しています。
