工芸品の地理的表示の定義

新しく法律が整備された工芸品の地理的表示（GI for CI products）には次の定義があります。

• ‘craft products’ are those produced either entirely by hand, or with the aid of manual or digital tools, or by mechanical means, whenever the manual contribution is an important component of the finished product.（「工芸品」とは、手作業が最終製品の重要な要素である場合には、完全に手作業で、または手動ツールやデジタルツールを使用して、または機械的手段によって製造される製品を指します。）
• ‘industrial products’ are those produced in a standardised way, including serial production and the use of machines.（「工業製品」とは、連続生産や機械の使用など、標準化された方法で生産される製品です。）
