CJEU アディダス3本線の商標権は制限と判断
独アディダスが靴や衣料品に使用している「3本線」について、欧州連合（EU）の高裁にあたる一般裁判所（ルクセンブルク）は19日、商標権を制限する判断を下した。裁判所は、アディダスが「どんな向きにも付けられる同じ幅の3本の平行な線」がEU全域において、同社の製品だと見分けられるだけの独自性を証明できていないと結論付けた。
