2017年10月10日より、ペルーの知的財産権保護庁（INDECOPI）はTMview検索ツールで利用可能な商標データを提供しています。

As of 10 October 2017, The National Institute for the Defense of Free Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property of Peru (INDECOPI) has made its trade mark data available to the TMview search tool. The integration of INDECOPI is a concrete result of the EUIPO’s International Cooperation framework in collaboration with its international partners. This last extension brings the total number of offices participating in TMview to 59 and with the addition of more than 400.000 trade marks from Peru

A new visual search facility is now available in TMview, the world’s largest free, online trade mark database. It is now possible to search over five million trade marks from EUIPO, the Institut national de la propriété industrielle (INPI) and the United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) within TMview using images.

コメント：図形から形や文字を抽出してサーチする機能が📷マークをクリックすることで使用できます。対象は、EUTMとフランス、英国のデータベースですが、今後増加する予定だそうです。同様のサービスはIPAustraliaにありますが、アジア圏の各国にはまだ未導入です。

カンボジアがTMviewに参加

2016年12月22日付けで、カンボジア王国商務省、知的財産局（DIPR）は商標データをサーチツールのTMViewに提供開始しております。カンボジアは最初にアセアン諸国の知的財産庁によって開発されたASEAN-TMViewにデータ提供を開始しており、今回のTMViewへの参加は欧州連合知的財産庁(EUIPO）とアセアン諸国の知的財産庁の共同のEU-ASEAN Project に支援によるところが大きいとされています。今回のカンボジアの参加により、TMViewの参加国は58か国となり、カンボジアの約7万5000件の商標データの追加により、全体で4150万件の商標データへのアクセスが可能となっています。2010年4月13日のデータ提供依頼、TMViewは155か国から2600万回のアクセスがあります。

As of 12 December 2016 The Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO) has made its trade mark data available to the TMview search tool.

欧州連合知的財産庁（EUIPO）は、マレーシア知的財産公社（MyIPO）が2016年12月12日にTMviewに57番目のデータ提供機関として参加した旨の発表をしています。TMviewはオンラインでの商標調査用データベースで、参加している各国知的財産庁のデータをまとめたデータベースです。欧州連合知的財産庁のサイトにTMViewがあります。マレーシア知的財産公社（MyIPO）のデータ提供は、先日のTMClassへのデータ提供に続き、商標調査についてはASEAN TMViewとの両方になります。
