【上海共同】業務用厨房機器大手ホシザキ（愛知県豊明市）と酷似した企業名やマークを使って製氷機を販売し、中国の商標法や反不正競争法に違反したとして、江蘇省南通市当局が市内の中国企業に約11万5千元（約230万円）の罰金を科したことが27日、関係者への取材で分かった。

現状 全く類似検索できない訳でもないようですが、正しくないという障害状況から検索結果に漏れがあるのかどうかは不明です。
2023.5.25 4pm 時点で、通常検索で検索できていたレコードが類似検索では脱落していたりします。復旧がまたれます。
（2023.5.26 追記) 「5/25（木）23時に復旧作業が完了致しました。」とのことです👍

INPIT has confirmed that the search results for trademark searches other than pronunciation (similarity search) and for pronunciation (similarity search) before May 16 (Tue) are normal.
