県内２つの焼酎の銘柄について、福岡県の会社が無断で中国に商標登録したことから、焼酎を製造する酒造会社が中国の商標局に取り消しを求めたところ、２日までに認められたことが分かりました。 取り消しが認められたのは、「森伊蔵」と「伊佐美」の銘柄の焼酎です。 これらの焼酎を製造している酒造会社２社によりますと、１１年前に福岡県の会社がそれぞれの焼酎の銘柄について、２社に無断で中国の商標局に商標登録を申請し８年前に中国で商標登録されました。
