「期間徒過後の救済規定に係るガイドライン」は、特許法、実用新案法、意匠法及び商標法における期間徒過について「正当な理由」があるときの期間徒過後の救済規定に関し、救済要件の内容、当該要件に係る判断の指針及び救済規定の適用を受けるために必要な手続を例示することにより、救済が認められるか否かについて出願人等の予見可能性を確保することを目的として、公表しております。
