暗号資産および仮想通貨に関する役務の指定

令和元年5月31日に「情報通信技術の進展に伴う金融取引の多様化に対応するための資金決済に関する法律等の一部を改正する法律（令和元年法律第28号）」が成立し、「資金決済に関する法律」（以下「資金決済法」という。）に定められた「仮想通貨」の呼称は、「暗号資産」に変更となりました。

Crypto asset is broadly defined to encompass a wide array of blockchain-based items incorporating cryptographic protocols, including financial instruments and other items that are not financial instruments.
