胆振管内むかわ町で発掘され、国内最大の全身骨格と判明し、町が商標登録を目指していたハドロサウルス科恐竜化石の通称名「むかわ竜」について、すでにカタカナの「ムカワリュウ」という名称で、特許庁に商標登録が出願されていたことが６日、分かった。

コメント：前回の新聞を見たのは6月23日でしたので、それよりも大分早く出願されていたようです。小売の区分は35Kの類似群ですが、その部分は本件では抑えられていないようです。
