グアテマラ 商標法条約加入

商標法条約（Trademark Law Treaty）に中米のグアテマラ共和国が2016年9月12日に加入しております。商標法条約が効力を発揮するのは、2016年12月12日からとなります。

The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and has the honor to notify the deposit by the Government of the Republic of Guatemala, on September 12, 2016, of its instrument of accession to the Trademark Law Treaty, done at Geneva on October 27, 1994.The Trademark Law Treaty will enter into force, with respect to the Republic of Guatemala, on December 12, 2016.

ブルネイ・ダルサラーム国、通称ブルネイは、2016年10月06日に加入書をWIPOに提出し、第98番目のマドリットプロトコル(通称、マドプロ）の締約国となっています。マドプロでのブルネイの指定は、2017年1月6日から可能となります。ブルネイはアセアン諸国の１つで、ASEAN TMViewにもデータベースの提供があります。

On October 6, 2016, the Government of Brunei Darussalam deposited with the Director General of WIPO its instrument of accession to the Madrid Protocol for the International Registration of Marks. Its accession makes Brunei the 98th member of the Madrid System. The Protocol will enter into force with respect to Brunei Darussalam on January 6, 2017.
