本草案修正重點包括：(1)新增商標同一性認定之法院實務相關判斷標準，並例示商標案例說明；(2)新增商標實際使用時「增加其他文字或圖形元素」、「與其他商標或標識合併使用」以及商標圖樣中包含聲明不專用或顯無疑義部分之使用案例及說明；(3)鑒於電子商務發達，商標權人檢送網路證據資料情形越來越多，針對「網路使用」部分，增訂商標應為「真實使用」之相關判斷原則等；並以畫底線的方次呈現本次修正重點及內容，歡迎各界於15日內提供寶貴意見（意見反映電子信箱：ipotr@tipo.gov.tw），本局將於彙整有關意見後，擇期發布實施

台北市の台湾版くまモンこと、熊讚BRAVO BEARは初めはユニバシアードのマスコットで誕生しましたが、Youtubeによると、TIPO智財局での商標登録に失敗をし、これまでで５度のプチ整形を繰り返しているとのことです。今回の整形には、白眉毛と青緑色の鼻が加わっていて、金メダルはなくなっています。熊讚2.0とも呼ばれており、痩せたとのコメントもあります。
