青森のリンゴ・彩香は商標更新せずにあおり9に変更

　

青森県が開発したリンゴに使われていた商標「彩香」の使用契約が切れるのに伴い10月28日から、流通上の呼び名が品種名「あおり9」に変わる。「彩香」は、青森県産業技術センターりんご研究所（青森県黒石市）が2001（平成13）年に品種登録したリンゴ「あおり9」に使ってきた商標。「キユーピー」（東京都渋谷区）が所有していたため生果実にのみ使用を許可してもらい、青森県が使用契約を結んでいた。
