IPKey SEAのSEAはSoutheast Asiaの略です。Southeast Asiaはブルネイ，カンボジア，インドネシア，ラオス，マレーシア，ミャンマー，フィリピン，シンガポール，タイ，ベトナムのアセアン諸国を含みますが、特にIPKeyに関しては次の７つの政府知的財産機関が対象となります。
