「日本酒」の地理的表示については、指定から一定の期間が経過し、一般の需要者の間においても「日本産の清酒」を表示する地理的表示として認識されるに至っていると認められることから、今後、「日本酒」の表示を指定商品・指定役務の表示として認めることとします。
