Nintendo could be looking to expand their real estate in Japan after the company filed several new trademarks.SoraNews24 revealed in a translated report from Chinzai Watch that the video game company filed applications for Class 43 trademarks, a category that covers hotel and restaurant operations. Additional filings were also made in regards to Japanese text renderings of Splatoon, Pikmin, the Japanese title of Animal Crossing and three symbols from the Animal Crossing, Splatoon and Super Smash Bros. IPs.
