今回提案された2019年1月1日施行の電子商取引法の修正は、主に第43条と第84条に関してであり、異議申し立て通知後の待機期間を延長やプラットフォーム事業者の免許を取り消すことを可能にし、プラットフォーム事業者が、権利所有者の損失を増加させる侵害がないという虚偽の陳述を提出した場合、補償の責任を2倍とするなどの内容があります。
