ラグビーワールドカップ　商標権侵害

商標権を侵害したとして、神奈川県警秦野署は１７日、商標法違反の疑いで、東京都国分寺市の予備校生を逮捕した。ラグビー・ワールドカップ（Ｗ杯）の代表のユニホームを製造・販売している「ラグビーワールドカップリミテッド」社など６社のものと類似した商標をつけたユニホームなどの衣料品６点を計４万５千円で販売し、商標権を侵害したとしている。

農林水産省は９日、地域の農林水産物や食品のブランドを守る地理的表示（ＧＩ）保護制度の対象に、広島県の牛肉「比婆牛」と鮮魚「豊島タチウオ」、滋賀県のソバ「伊吹そば」、北海道のジャガイモ「今金男しゃく」の４品目を追加したと発表した。広島県の産品のＧＩ登録は初めて。　農水省によると、比婆牛は黒毛和牛の牛肉で、やわらかい舌触り。豊島タチウオは広島県呉市の豊島周辺で取れ、表皮が銀白色に輝く美しい外観が特徴だ。　伊吹そばは滋賀県米原市で生産される小粒のソバ。
